What If I Fail?

“What If I fall?”
“No, What if I fly?!”

That’s what got me on this journey with hashtag#sustainability – The quest to learn more, challenge norms and create better outcomes.

I had an amazing time during the residential week at Massachusetts Institute of Technology expanding my knowledge on hashtag#sustainabilityhashtag#climatechangehashtag#greenprojecthashtag#carboncreditshashtag#inclusiveeconomies and hashtag#technology

Members of my cohort shared their projects in the CxO spotlight sessions

Learning with a diverse group of humans and winning the scavenger hunt with my group Janina LuotoMatthias JäkelClemens EckertÉricka Menegaz and Vicky Morales gave me a good feeling about the hashtag#sustainability certification journey with MIT Professional Education

What is a residential week without great conversations and food?! Thanks to my leadership and innovation group now friends for all the food bonding we enjoyed Asma AljassmiCesar KellerMaria Hermida Manrique

This cohort had just 20% women.. so there is still work to do. Lean In

My focus for the future is to bring together my experience in operating and managing hashtag#energy assets, hashtag#safety, hashtag#technology, hashtag#inclusivegrowth and an innovative hashtag#sustainability lens grounded in science and economics to roles and projects I engage with.

Also participated in the well organised 1st carbon neutral summit ( All 31tCOe carbon generated by the summit was offset with carbon credits – I like that they made effort) The MIT Sustainability Summit featured solution creators and powerful arguments on the creation and implementation of hashtag #carbon solutions and markets.

Listened to great minds like Jason Jay , Cate Hight shared approaches that are working and the challenges ahead especially around decarbonisation and carbon markets. The AVID+ framework to assess carbon credit is a good proposal.

Seeing the solutions and approaches created by passionate founders to navigate the hashtag#netzeroemission challenge across sectors – energy, agriculture, marine, finance was very inspiring.

I believe this generation is up to this challenge.

To the amazing people on this journey – Those I have met and those I will meet.

“Our biggest fear is not that we are inadequate, Our biggest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that frightens us.
As we let our light shine, we automatically give others permission to do same.
As we are liberated from our own fears, Our presence automatically liberates others” – Marianne Williamson

Let’s solve together ❤️
