Isioma is an experienced operations leader with a proven track record in managing multimillion-dollar joint venture assets in the energy sector. She excels in leading transformational programs with direct P&L accountability, ensuring top financial, ESG, people, and safety performance.

 

For 15 years, she has worked in energy asset operations, spanning onshore and terminal operations in upstream and integrated gas facilities.

 

She served as the pioneer global advisory board member for LeanIn Leadership Program between 2022 and 2024.  Since 2024, she has been deeply involved in founding over 100,000 circles to foster women’s advancement and create a more inclusive workplace and safe space for women and mothers to learn together and advance towards achieving their goals.

 

As Co-founder Blazers & Baby – A community created to support aspiring mothers and new mothers in the workplace to define and pursue success in career and family life. This is achieved through peer support circles and specially designed sessions to address problematic themes affecting women. This has now grown into a network of virtual circles with members across  cities in Nigeria, EMEA, and North America.
