For 15 years, I have worked in energy asset operations, spanning onshore and terminal operations in upstream and integrated gas facilities — My early career experience in telecommunications sparked my desire to integrate technology in every role I have delivered. I have been privileged to design and deploy multiple programs and solutions to address social issues spanning gender inclusion;energy efficiency and reducing green house gas emissions

My career journey
My career began with curiosity. I wanted to use my engineering education to solve problems locally and globally.
I started out in telecommunications as a radio network drive test engineer and switched into the energy industry.
As a maintenace and operations professional , i moved from frontline roles to optimising performance and then managing multimillion-dollar joint venture producing assets to leading cross-functional teams of 150+ professionals while carrying two pregnancies and starting my family.
I have learnt what it takes to start a career, navigate difficulties and surprises, nurse ambitions and adjust strategies as the world and conditions around change.
During my career, I also spend a good portion of my time to frame and lead volunteer teams to solve problems that exist but have no dedicated resources. These range from unlocking people’s potential, digitalisation and sustainability and delivering through uncertainty and change.
I have stewarded P&L responsibilities, transformed policies and systems, and delivered outcomes that matter — to companies, to communities, and to the climate.
Beyond Career
I co-founded Blazers & Baby and serve as Head of Network for LeanIn Career Mums – A network of circles focused on supporting mothers navigate career while growing the family, These platforms were designed to solve the challenges women experience in the workplace when they start families and wish to attain their potential in an organisation.
We support women through programs and peer mentoring during this vulnerable and critical phase of life.
As a global Lean In Certified Facilitator for 50 ways to fight bias, Offering sessions to educate teams and leaders on navigating biases in the workplace.
I have served as a founding global advisory board member for LeanIn Network Leadership Program
I serve on boards focused on climate and energy , sustainability , gender and financial inclusion and capability development
