Isioma Asiodu-Otughwor is the Head of Network, LeanIn Career Mum . Since 2014, She has been deeply involved in founding groups to advance women advancement and create a more inclusive workplace and safe space for women and mothers to learn together and advance towards achieving their goals. As Co-founder Blazers & Baby – A community created to support aspiring mothers and new mothers in the workplace to define and pursue success in career and family life. This is achieved through peer support circles and designed sessions to tackle problematic themes. This has now grown into a network of virtual circles with members across cities in Nigeria, EMEA and North America.
She is also a board advisor for LeanIn Equity and Sustainability Network- A growing network of networks! She served as a pioneer global advisory board member for the Network Leadership program of Leanin where she supported the growth of circles to reach 100,000 circles in 2024. She has received recognition from industry organisations like SPE and African Oil Week and globally from ex-META COO Sheryl Sandberg for advancing the inclusion.
She also contributed to the development of the LeanIn women at work curriculum for working mothers launched in 2023 with faculty from Stanford university. The curriculum resources are available on youtube free of charge.
