Isioma  Asiodu-Otughwor  is  an energy leader, who is also open to making changes in our society. She is a change leaders who supports the adoption of technology in industries. Her efforts have been recognised by industry like the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and African Oil Week. 

She served as the pioneer global advisory board member for LeanIn Leadership Program between 2022 and 2024.  Since 2024, She has been deeply involved in founding over 100,000 circles in 2024 to foster women advancement and create a more inclusive workplace  and safe space for women and mothers to learn together and advance towards achieving their goals.

As Co-founder Blazers & Baby – A community created to support aspiring mothers and new mothers in the workplace to define and pursue success in career and family life. This is achieved through peer support circles and designed sessions to tackle problematic themes impacting women. This has now grown into a network of virtual circles with members across  cities in Nigeria, EMEA and North America.

She also contributed to the development of the LeanIn women at work curriculum for working mothers launched in 2023 with the faculty from Stanford university. These resources are available on Youtube free of charge. She was recognized by ex-META COO Sheryl Sandberg for advancing workplace inclusion. 

She has been educated in the University of Benin, has a Bachelors in Electrical-Electronics Engineering with Honours. She completed a Diploma in Engineering Business Management in Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG) – University of Warwick in the United Kingdom. She completed Oxford University Business Economics Program in 2024 along with other leaders from multiple industries.
